To initiate a product return, please mail the item to the following address: E-11, 4th Floor, Vipul World, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122018.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount.

The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.

For items valued at over 10,000/- INR, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or acquiring shipping insurance. While we make every effort, we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within India: Astrology Matrix provides complimentary shipping for all orders within India. We use reliable and swift courier services such as DTDC, Blue Dart, etc. In remote or rural areas where courier companies don’t operate, we employ postal services.

International Shipping: International shipping, i.e., deliveries outside of India, incur applicable charges. We utilize reputable courier service providers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. All shipments are insured, and the insurance cost is included in the shipping fee, requiring no additional payment.

Dispatch Time:

The time needed to prepare your order depends on whether the gemstone is being set in jewelry or certified by a laboratory of your choosing, alongside our reputable laboratory certificate. Generally, studding a gemstone into jewelry takes about 4-5 days. However, loose gemstones or ready-made items are dispatched within 1 to 2 days from the order date.

Order/Shipment Tracking:

Delivery Time:

For Metro Cities in India, delivery takes 2 – 3 days, and for other parts of India, it’s 3 – 7 days from the dispatch date. International orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 days by our shipping partners.

International Shipping Policies:

For orders outside India, delivery may take 15-20 days. If any delivery issues arise, we will refund you within 40-45 days (applicable to international orders only). We offer delivery to more than 120 countries.
