Refund Policy
(For Products Only)
Our return policy covers a period of 3 days from the date of purchase. If 3 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also remain in its original packaging.
Certain categories of goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable items such as food and astro magazines. Additionally, products that are susceptible to being replaced with counterfeit items by the customer, as well as items like rings, jewelry, bracelets, or wearables with specific fitting sizes tailored for an individual, cannot be returned.
The following items are also exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health reports and personal kundali
To facilitate your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Prior to sending your purchase back to the manufacturer, kindly consult with us.
Partial refunds may be granted under specific circumstances:
- Books with evident signs of use
- Items returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
- Items returned more than 3 days after delivery

Refunds (If Applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to acknowledge the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or denial of your refund request. If your request is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account. Following that, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the refund still hasn’t appeared, reach out to your bank, as there may be processing time involved. If you’ve completed these steps and have yet to receive your refund, kindly contact us at [email protected].
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at [email protected] and ship the item to: E-11, 4th Floor, Vipul World, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122018.
Gifts
If the item was designated as a gift during the purchase and was directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift sender had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift sender, who will be notified of the return.
Refund Policies for International Orders (Outside India):
For international orders, we will refund you within 40-45 days (applicable to international orders only). We provide delivery services to more than 120 countries.
Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India):
Please note that we are not accountable for any customs charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may impose, as these are case-specific and beyond our control. We offer full cooperation and support in this matter, leveraging our extensive experience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any queries or concerns. It’s important to know that there is currently no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe. In other countries, the duty is typically around 1%. Furthermore, professional buyers may be eligible to recover the VAT. We advise contacting local customs authorities for clarification. Additionally, please be aware that for international orders that are either refused by the customer or canceled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all custom duties and VAT charged by their country for the return of the items. After receiving the item, any balance due to the customer, less fees, custom duties, and VAT, will be refunded according to the specified refund timeline.
